The registration program that we use is called Uplifter and we spend a great deal of time setting up registration requirements such as who is entitled to register during PRIORITY REGISTRATION, the minimum age, suggested number of sessions, etc.
If the program flashes up an ERROR message - Please READ what it is saying - and see if you might have forgotten something along the way. Sometimes the messages are simple reminders (such as suggesting that you add another skating session or that you forgot to add your WEEKDAY MORNING session) and sometimes they won't let you carry on until you have added the Skate Canada Fee for the new skating year.
Please only attempt to register with the PRIORITY 1 group - if you skated 3+ weeks during the Summer. If you did not skate 3 weeks, the system won't allow you to register.
If you follow the directions below - and your account was flagged with the corresponding PRIORITY REGISTRATION token - you should have no issues registering.
If you do happen to encounter any issues - please email: info@wrsssc.com and we will assist you in the order that your emails come through.
